In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. To process returns and refunds for damaged products, an unboxing/opening video of the package showing the label and the defect is strictly required.
Once your returned item is received, inspected, and approved by our quality control team, we will initiate the refund. All approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method or bank account within 7 working days.
